You own the posts, comments, images and other content you publish on Pixelabs.in ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant Pixelabs.in a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You confirm you have the rights to publish it and that it does not violate any law, third-party right, or our Community Guidelines.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Pixelabs.in to publish illegal content, harass others, impersonate someone, spam, distribute malware, scrape the Service at scale, or undermine the integrity of the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
6. Reporting and moderation
Anyone can report content that appears to violate our rules using the in-app Report button. We review reports and may remove content, warn users, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate your access to Pixelabs.in if you breach these terms or our Community Guidelines.
8. Disclaimers
Pixelabs.in is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific content will remain available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelabs.in and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
