Community Guidelines

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Note: This is a starter template provided for transparency. It is not legal advice. Please review it with a qualified lawyer before relying on it for your own use of Pixelabs.in.

Pixelabs.in is a space for thoughtful writing and honest conversation. These guidelines apply to everything you publish on the platform — posts, comments, profile details, and any other content you contribute.

What we encourage

  • Original writing, original perspectives, original voice.
  • Respectful disagreement — argue with the idea, not the person.
  • Crediting sources and linking to the original where possible.
  • Using the Report button to flag content that breaks the rules.

What's not allowed

  1. Harassment and hate. No personal attacks, threats, slurs, or content that demeans people based on race, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected attribute.
  2. Illegal content. No content that violates Indian law or the laws of jurisdictions where Pixelabs.in is accessed.
  3. Sexual or violent content. No pornography, no sexual content involving minors, no graphic violence or gore.
  4. Misinformation and impersonation. Don't pose as someone else or knowingly publish false information that could cause harm.
  5. Spam and manipulation. No bulk posting, no fake engagement, no engagement-for-engagement schemes, no SEO link farms.
  6. Copyright and IP violations. Don't publish content you don't have the right to share.
  7. Privacy violations. Don't publish private personal information about others (doxxing) without their consent.
  8. Malware and exploits. No links, images, or scripts that compromise other users' devices or accounts.

How enforcement works

  • Anyone can report a post or comment using the Report button.
  • We review reports and may remove content, hide it from public view, or warn the author.
  • Repeat or severe violations can lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.
  • We may act on serious safety issues even without a report.

If something happens to your content

If your post or comment is removed and you believe it was a mistake, email hello@pixelabs.in with a link to the content and a short explanation. We'll take another look.

Reporting safety concerns

For urgent safety concerns (threats of harm, content sexualising minors), email hello@pixelabs.in with "URGENT" in the subject. For everything else, please use the in-app Report button so we have the right context.

Thanks for helping keep Pixelabs.in a place worth coming back to.
